Brewing Guide

Oolong Loose Leaf Tea Brewing Instructions
Water Temperature: 180-200°F (82-93°C)
Tea Quantity: 1-2 teaspoons (3-5g) per 8 oz (240ml) of water
Steeping Time: 2-3.5 minutes
Steps:

Heat water to the appropriate temperature
Warm your teapot or gaiwan with hot water, then discard
Add loose leaf oolong tea to the teapot or gaiwan
Pour hot water over the leaves
Steep for 2-5 minutes, depending on desired strength and type of oolong
Strain tea or pour from gaiwan, leaving leaves for multiple infusions
