An Experimental Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of brewed Himalayan White Loose Leaf Tea
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Steep the Himalayan White Loose Leaf Tea as per the instructions on the package. Allow the tea to cool.
- In a blender, add the cooled tea, ripe banana, mixed berries, Greek yogurt, and honey.
- Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more tea or a splash of milk to adjust the consistency.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie is chilled.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a few berries on top, and serve immediately.
