We bring you small batch produced, artisanal specialty teas from Illam, Nepal. We strive to support the two ends of this tea supply chain, one being the producers and another being you! 

We are confident that you will like our products, but somehow if you do not, we will refund 50% of the product price.

Say if you paid $20 for the products(before tax) and if you don't like it, we will refund you $10. Example: Golden Tips 100 gram pack: Cost 19.99, refund will be $9.98

To request a refund, you will need to send an email to info@nepalhillstea.ca. Some one from our team will connect with you and we will process your refund.

Please note you will have to connect with us within 25 days of your order being delivered.
