After the sampler — what happens next
You'll find 2 or 3 teas you genuinely love. Every tea in this box (except Green Oolong) is available in a full 180g pouch. Reorder exactly what you liked — nothing you didn't. That's how we designed it to work. Plus the larger packs come at 50% discount.
Brew guide — quick reference

All teas can be re-steeped 2–3 times. Each steep tastes a little different.
Common questions
How much tea is in each pack?
5g per tea — enough to brew a full 500ml pot. Steep it twice and you get two rounds from one pack.
Can I reorder individual teas after trying?
Yes. Nine of the ten teas are available in full 180 g pouches in our store. Find what you love, then order more of exactly that.
Where does it ship from?
Peterborough, Ontario. We ship across Canada. Free shipping on orders over $60 CAD.
Is this tea organic?
Our teas are sourced from organically certified farms in Nepal. Our Canadian packaging certification is currently in progress.
I've never tried loose-leaf tea before. Is this easy to brew?
Completely. You need a strainer or infuser, hot water, and 3 minutes. The brew guide above covers everything. Most people find it easier than they expected.

We currently ship to Canada and Europe using Canada Post, DHL, or a trusted local delivery partner.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates
We offer Free Shipping on Orders above $60. For smaller orders flat rate shipping is available: ON, QC - $6 FLAT SHIP YT, NWT, NU : CARRIER CALCULATED REST PROVINCES: $10 FLAT SHIP

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Refund Policy
As a startup business, we highly appreciate your purchase and your love for authentic, artisan-produced teas. We are confident that you will like our excelsior products. However, if you decide to return the products:
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
If the products are opened or tampered with, we will not accept the return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
