Description
Floral Green Tea is a naturally aromatic single-origin green tea from Ilam, Nepal — grown at 5,500 ft above sea level on Farmers Tea Co.'s certified organic farm. Jasmine-adjacent florals, fresh spring grass, and a light natural sweetness. No added flowers, no bitterness — just the plant doing what altitude lets it do.
The Story of Floral Green Tea
There are no flowers added to this tea. The floral character — the jasmine-like lift, the freshness that opens the cup — comes entirely from the tea leaf itself, shaped by the growing conditions at 5,500 ft in Ilam. When green tea is grown slowly at high altitude on healthy organic soil, the plant accumulates aromatic compounds naturally. No blending, no scenting, no tricks.
Farmers Tea Co., led by Dil Kumar Rai and a team of youth artisans, has been building these conditions year after year. This is one of the most approachable teas in the Nepal Hills range — light enough for people who have never liked green tea, interesting enough for those who drink it daily. If you have avoided green tea because of bitterness, this is the one that will change your mind.
Why Floral Green Tea Is Different

- Approachable for green tea beginners and satisfying for experienced drinkers
- Single-origin from Farmers Tea Co. — every gram grown, processed, and shipped from one farm in Ilam, Nepal
- Purchasing this helps support farms like Farmers Tea Co. maintain organic certification through our 5% back to farm program
