Floral Green Tea is born in the serene hills of Malate, Ilam, where the artisans of Farmers Tea Co. carefully nurture each plant in harmony with nature. Their heritage of craftsmanship and commitment to purity give this tea its signature floral aroma and clean, balanced flavor.
Craftsmanship:
Freshly plucked leaves are gently withered and pan-fired to preserve their natural fragrance and light vegetal sweetness. This careful, small-batch process ensures every cup tastes pure, bright, and deeply aromatic.

Brewing Guide:
- Tea Type – Organic Nepali Green Tea (Loose Leaf, Floral Style)

We currently ship to Canada and Europe using Canada Post, DHL, or a trusted local delivery partner.

Shipping Rates
We offer Free Shipping on Orders above $60. For smaller orders flat rate shipping is available: ON, QC - $6 FLAT SHIP YT, NWT, NU : CARRIER CALCULATED REST PROVINCES: $10 FLAT SHIP

Refund Policy
As a startup business, we highly appreciate your purchase and your love for authentic, artisan-produced teas. We are confident that you will like our excelsior products. However, if you decide to return the products:
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
If the products are opened or tampered with, we will not accept the return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
