This tea comes from Malate, Ilam—home to Farmers Tea Co., where cool Himalayan breezes and morning mists nurture delicate white tea buds. Led by artisan Dil Kumar, the farmers harvest only the most tender shoots to craft a tea that embodies the quiet beauty of Nepal’s highlands.

Craftsmanship:

The buds are gently withered and slowly dried at low temperatures to protect their floral oils and natural sweetness. This minimal, mindful process preserves the silky texture and signature spring-blossom aroma that define authentic Nepali white tea.

Refund Policy

As a startup business, we highly appreciate your purchase and your love for authentic, artisan-produced teas. We are confident that you will like our excelsior products. However, if you decide to return the products:

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

If the products are opened or tampered with, we will not accept the return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
