Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada, the USA, and the UK using Canada Post, DHL, or a trusted local delivery partner.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

We do not offer free shipping or discounts at this time. As a small startup, we have worked hard to bring you an exquisite product at the most affordable price possible—this will always be our promise.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Refund Policy

As a startup business, we highly appreciate your purchase and your love for authentic, artisan-produced teas. We are confident that you will like our excelsior products. However, if you decide to return the products:

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

If the products are opened or tampered with, we will not accept the return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
