Factory Pricing 4 Named Farm Partners Free Samples — No Commitment Delivery to Your Door Private Label Available Quality Tested Every Batch

American specialty tea companies carry up to 80% markup — plus import, storage, and distribution costs on top. We go farm-direct. That difference goes straight to your margin.

A Small Canadian Company.
A Serious Tea Programme.

Nepal Hills Tea is a Canadian company based in Peterborough, Ontario, built on direct relationships with tea artisans and farming families in Nepal's eastern Himalayas. We don't buy through brokers. We don't blend away origin. Every tea we carry is single-origin, traceable to a specific farm and elevation.

We exist to serve the Canadian consumer base and to support the Nepali tea farmers and artisans growing some of the finest tea in the world — tea that most Canadians have never had the chance to taste. Our wholesale programme gives your store direct access at factory pricing, with quality assurance, custom packaging, and complete logistics handled by us.

Everything Taken Care Of

We are a small company that punches above its weight on service. You focus on selling — we handle everything behind it.

💰

Factory Pricing

You get the price closest to source. No importer markup. No distributor margin stacked on top. American specialty tea importers charge up to 80% markup — then add import costs, warehousing, and distribution on top of that. We buy direct from the farm and pass the savings straight to you.

🔍

Quality Validation

We observe larger production runs at the farm level. Every product goes through tea tasting before it ships to you. We do visual grading and re-sorting where needed. What arrives at your store is exactly what we signed off on — nothing less.

📦

Custom Packaging

We package to your specifications. Kraft pouches, sealed tins, a specific gram weight per unit — tell us what your customers expect and we build around it. No minimum on packaging conversations.

🏷

Private Label

Want to sell Himalayan tea under your own brand name? We handle everything from the farm to the finished package — you put your label on it. Reduce your cost of goods while offering something your competitors can't easily replicate.

🚚

Shipping & Logistics

We handle all shipping and logistics. Products are delivered directly to your door anywhere in Canada. No freight brokers to manage, no customs headaches, no warehouse pickups. One point of contact from order to delivery.

🤝

Direct Support

You'll have direct access to Bhaskar — the founder — not a customer service queue. Questions about a tea's origin story for your staff? Harvest updates? New farm partner additions? We keep you informed and responsive.

Want Your Own Brand on the Best Tea in the Himalayas?

We source, test, package, and ship — you sell under your own label. Lower cost per unit than you'll find anywhere else in North America. Your brand. Our supply chain.

Why Our Pricing Wins

American specialty tea importers work through brokers and distributors before the product ever reaches a retailer. By the time it reaches your shelf, you've paid for three layers of margin, plus warehousing and cross-border logistics. We skip all of that.

US Himalayan Tea Importers

Up to 80% markup
before it reaches you

Bigger teams. Bigger offices. Import broker fees. US warehouse storage costs. Cross-border distribution margin. You pay for all of it — and so do your customers.

Nepal Hills Tea — Farm Direct

Factory pricing.
No middlemen. No markup stack.

We are a small Canadian company. We buy direct from our four partner farms. No broker. No importer. No US warehouse. The savings go directly to your store's margin.

How It Works

Three steps from first conversation to tea on your shelves.

1

Request Samples

Email us with your store name and shipping address. We send you all 10 single-origin teas — no cost, no commitment. Taste everything before you decide anything.

2

Choose Your Range

Tell us which teas fit your store, what packaging you need, and what volumes work. We'll send a wholesale price sheet tailored to your order.

3

We Deliver

We handle quality check, packaging, and shipping. Products arrive at your door ready for the shelf. Repeat orders are even simpler.

"I started Nepal Hills Tea because I grew up watching incredible teas go unnoticed — grown by farming families at 5,000 to 7,000 feet in the Himalayas, some of the best tea in the world, with no one in Canada telling their story. We are a small company trying to serve the Canadian consumer base and support Nepali tea artisans and farmers. Every wholesale partnership we build does both."
